Caregiver Support Program Fees

​Family Fee (Membership is Optional)

These support services are not typically covered by insurance.

• $300 Annual Program Fee (Per Family) includes:

  1. The first hour with a Social Worker experienced in Alzheimer's disease and related disorders​

  2. Exclusive access to the annual My Memory Care Caregiver Symposium

• Additional Social Worker sessions can be scheduled at $100 per 60-minute session. These visits can be conducted Virtually or via Telephone calls.​
